Eric’s Testimony and Biography.
Eric was raised in the Social Brethren denomination, accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 9, and attended church in Pontiac, MI his whole life until coming to Hunters Creek Community Church.
He grew up in Metamora, living 2 miles south of Hunters Creek Community Church.
He graduated from Lapeer East High School in 1990 and Hillsdale College in 1994 earning a B.A. in Business Administration – Finance.
He announced his calling to the Youth Ministry in 1991 and was ordained in 1996. Shortly after that, he met his future wife, Heather, and they wed in October, 2000.
He served as Youth Pastor from 1994-2005 and Associate Pastor from 2007-2010.
He and his family began attending Hunters Creek Community Church in November, 2010 and became members in April of 2011.
In October of 2011 he joined our staff as Youth Director.
Eric and Heather have one daughter.
